I’ve been exploring this portion of the park for years, but had yet to encounter the perfect conditions for an exposure. With weather, light, and fall colors finally on my side, I set off to capture a portion of the boardwalk that was arrow straight with just a small sidestep. There’s something about how this slight kink in the path adds a level of intrigue and curiosity that has my eye scanning the complexities of the forest for more.
